Nick has been in real estate since his sophomore year of collage at St. Norbert College where he started out owning college rentals. After college and a short stint in the title agency business, Nick went to work for a local commercial real estate firm. From there, he started acquiring his real estate in retail development and progressed to industrial, warehousing, single tenant deals, build to suit and self-storage where most of his time is focused today.
